Services - Maintenance Plans

We offer an excellent maintenance agreement program at Havatech Heating & Air Conditioning. With this maintenance agreement, you will receive two maintenance inspections per year. One for heating and one for air conditioning. You also will receive priority service over a COD client in emergency cases, ie: no heat, no air conditioning.
Along with the maintenance agreement, if you were to need replacement parts, you would receive the repair at a discounted flat rate price.
Your Air Conditioning And Heating System Will Be Checked For Safety And Fuel Efficient Operation

15 Point Cooling Inspection

Check freon level
Adjust belt tension
Check evaporator coil
Check condenser coil
Check all drain lines
Check blower operation
Check & tighten all electrical connections
Check all safety controls and perform safety run check
Lubricate all motors as needed
Check air filtration system
Check electrical disconnect box
Test start & run capacitors
Check copressor during operation
Check reversing valve for proper operation
Complete and present a full written report and make any necessary recommendations

15 Point Heating Inspection

Check and inspect flue pipe for rusting and proper draft
Check & inspect gas lines at furnace for leakage
Check heat exchanger for rust and cracks
Check carbon monoxide detector for proper operation
Check gas valve
Check induced draft assembly
Check and clean pilot assembly
Check electrical heating elements
Check all safety controls for proper operation
Check whole house humidifier
Check blower assembly
Check all electrical connections and tighten if needed
Check air filtration system
Clean and inspect thermostat
Complete and present a full written report and make any necessart recommendations
